1. An Athletic Ticket Priority Committee will be responsible for implementing the UM ticket plan in an equitable manner and will review all valid written concerns. Written appeals concerning this plan may be considered by an Athletic Ticket Priority Committee.

2. Current year Tiger Clubs membership level, annual donations, Athletic Support Group membership, and cumulative points will be determined based on the year ending June 30 preceding the season for which tickets are being purchased.

3. As used in this plan, the account of a Season Ticket Holder covers the following number of tickets:

Additional basketball tickets may be permitted at any Tiger Club level to the extent that the base year donation (through the last June 30) on a pro-rated basis equals the minimum donation per seat for the particular classification. An individual or business may establish more than one account. A particular donation or other point factor may generate points in only one account. A few season ticket holders in basketball have continuously purchased more than the number indicated above, these purchasers will continue to have purchase privilege to the same number of tickets, but the number of tickets may be divided into more than one account if necessary to administer this Plan.

4. The value of services or other in-kind donations for use in the ticket priority plan will follow normal University policy for gifts-in-kind. The value to the Athletic Department will be established in advance of the donation.

5. Ticket Holders who have an interruption in their continuous years of purchase may request to have partial point credit for previous years of purchase reinstated. The ticket holder's rationale will be presented to the Athletic Ticket Priority Committee.

6. Tickets provided on a complimentary basis do not qualify for treatment as a season of purchase. The Athletic Ticket Priority Committee may consider unusual cases.

7. Accounts credited for donations and purchasers names on season ticket accounts must be consistent with the payer where funds are transmitted from an organization or corporation.

8. The privilege to purchase tickets is not transferable. As an exception a surviving spouse may continue ticket purchasing privileges for his/her personal use. The surviving spouse may not transfer purchasing privileges to an other individual.

9. When a large donation is mad during one year, the donor may request that Tiger Clubs membership and annual donation credit be spread over more than one year. For purposes of the point system, points will be awarded as if the donation were made during the year Tiger Club credit is granted.

10. Currently, the University permits faculty and staff to purchase season tickets at a reduced rate as an employee benefit. Designates "faculty and staff sections" are provided at both the Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium and The Pyramid. Seating priority within the faculty and staff sections will be determined using this plan, but considering only faculty and staff. A faculty or staff member may elect to have seating priority established outside the faculty and staff section by paying full price for season tickets.

11. The Athletic Department reserves the right to cancel a ticket order if there is reason to believe the tickets are being sold or used in other ways contrary to or in order to circumvent this plan. Violation of any provision of this plan, including but not limited to providing false information, may result in loss of season ticket purchasing privileges.

12. The University of Memphis reserves the right to refuse to accept contribution to qualify under this plan.

13. Occasionally, prospective donors seek priority seating but the appropriate donations were not made in the prior year. Subject to approval of the Director of Athletics, a purchaser may be given credit in a prior year for a current year's donation. This is intended for unusual and unavoidable situations, such as an individual who has recently moved into the area.
