Megan MacLeod joined the University of Memphis in June of 2010 as the Assistant Director of Marketing & Promotions. In 2014 she assumed the role of Director of Game Presentation and Promotions.
A native of Fulton, Ill., MacLeod graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in Leisure Studies/Sport Management in 2005 and earned her master's degree in Recreation, Sport & Tourism/Sport Management in 2006.
While at Illinois, MacLeod served as an intern and graduate assistant from 2004-07 working primarily with men's and women's tennis, wrestling, women's basketball birthday parties and the Illinois Kids Club.
MacLeod then served as the Senior Intern for Sports Marketing at Iowa from 2007-08 before becoming the Assistant Director of Marketing & Promotions at Davidson College in 2008-09.
Before coming to the University of Memphis, MacLeod served as the Assistant Director of Promotions & Advertising at Purdue University in 2009-10. While at Purdue she worked directly with volleyball, women's basketball and men's and women's tennis.
MacLeod resides in Memphis.
