Katie Benjamin led the Tigers and all competitors at the Birmingham-Southern College Panther Open, as the Tigers set a new air rifle record of 2,328. Benjamin shot a 588, which tied her personal best for the year, as did Tiger Beth Tidmore, but Benjamin won the tie-breaker.

Tiger freshman Krissey Bahnsen was right behind the duo with a third place finish of 583, also a personal best for Bahnsen.
