2005 Outlook on Davis: Joined the Tigers at the semester break after pitching two years at the University of Maryland. Will hopefully help as a lefthander out of the bullpen as well as a potential midweek starter.

Maryland: Lettered two seasons on the mound at Maryland...Made five relief appearances in 2004...Logged just 4.2 innings...Went 1-0 with a 5.79 ERA in three appearances as a freshman for the Terps.

Prep: Was a four-sport athlete at Long Beach High...Lettered in Baseball (four years), Football (one year), track and field (two years) and golf (two years)...Garnered First Team All-County honors as a senior after posting a 2.10 ERA with 108 strikeouts in just 62 innings of work.
