2009 (Junior)
Ace of the 2009 Memphis pitching staff...Had a breakout campaign in 2009, going 6-4 with a 4.66 ERA in 13 starts...Struck out a team and career-high 59 batters...Walked just 18... One of Memphis' top returning starting pitchers...Went 4-4 with a 5.40 ERA...Made seven starts in his 11 appearances...Recorded the staff's lone complete game, striking out seven and limiting UT-Martin to three hits in a 7-3 Tiger win (4/16/08)...Tossed 48.1 innings and struck out 36...Walked 15...Won four of his first five decisions, before dropping his last three to even his season record...Fanned five in six innings of action to start his year off with a win vs. UT-Martin (2/27/08)...Went 2-4 with a 5.45 ERA and 29 strikeouts as a starter...Was moved to the bullpen midway through the year...Went 2-0 with a 5.23 ERA and seven strikeouts in four relief appearances...
