2005 Outlook on Rowan: Voted 2005 Team Captain by his teammates at the conclusion of fall workouts...Finished the fall on a strong note after missing three- and-a-half weeks with an ankle injury... 2004: Returned to the Tiger bullpen after moving into the starting rotation in 2003...Finished the season with a 2-1 record and a 6.42 ERA... Logged 21 total relief outings... Pitched in 33.2 innings of relief work and fanned 12... Struck out six in a season-high 3.2 innings of scoreless relief to earn the win against Murray State...Allowed just five hits, one earned run and struck out 10 in his first five outings (11 innings)...Allowed just one earned run in three innings of work in an 8-6 loss to Houston...
