Mark Waller enters his first year as the graduate assistant certified athletic trainer for the University of Memphis Baseball team.
As a certified athletic trainer, Waller is responsible for the athletic training needs of the baseball student-athletes. This includes evaluating injuries, designing treatments and preparing a student-athlete to return to participation.
Waller is working with the University of Memphis Baseball team to acquire more knowledge and clinical experience for his career in athletic training. Additionally, he is pursing a Master's degree in Health and Sports Science. He earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training. While at The University of Alabama he worked with various sports teams.
Waller is a native of Harvest, AL.
