MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Walks and errors continued to plague the Tigers in an 11-3 loss to Southeast Missouri at AutoZone Park on Sunday afternoon. The Tigers dropped two in a three-game series with the Indians this weekend.

Tiger pitchers doled-out eight free passes - one in all but three innings - and the Memphis defense committed five errors - including miscues in a five-run fifth and three-run seventh.

The Tigers and Indians were scoreless through four full innings until Southeast shortstop Zak Borowiak's grand slam made it 4-0 in the fifth.

The Tigers put up two runs in the bottom of the fifth and freshman left fielder Ryan Martin's led off the sixth with a solo shot to left for his first collegiate home run and the Tigers were within striking distance. But the Indians tacked-on another five runs and never looked back.

Junior first baseman Andy Gesell was 2-for-3 with two RBI. Senior left-hander Gabe Council struck out two in a hitless ninth.

The Tigers are back in action on Tuesday when they take on Middle Tennessee State at AutoZone Park at 7 p.m.
