MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Memphis baseball dropped a 7-0 decision to Tulane at Nat Buring Stadium tonight.

Green Wave starter Nick Bourgeois bewildered the Tigers all game, posting 15 strikeouts over eight full innings for the win.

The Tigers got four hits from just two players as senior centerfielder Paul Reuer was 2-for-4 and senior first baseman Jay Fik was 2-for-3 with a triple - the Tigers lone extra-base hit of the contest.

The loss snaps a season high five-game winning streak and drops the Tigers to 10-15 and 5-5 in Conference USA play.

Memphis is back in action tomorrow when it hosts Tulane in the second game of a three-game C-USA set at Nat Buring Stadium at 2 p.m.
