MEMPHIS, Tenn. - With opening day three days away, Memphis Baseball is proud to announce its partnership with The Cure Baseball during the 2013 season. The goal of the partnership is to create awareness about cancer through the game of baseball.

The Tigers will take part in the first annual Stick It To Cancer Campaign. Players will have a sticker with The Cure Baseball's logo on the back of their helmets as a visual sign of support for every man, woman and child battling any and all type of cancer.

The Cure Baseball is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a goal of raising cancer awareness through the game of baseball. You can read more about The Cure Baseball and its mission here.
