MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The University of Memphis baseball team's first game of the season -- originally scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, February 14 -- has been postponed due to inclement weather. It has been rescheduled as part of a double header to be played at Nat Buring Field on May 8, beginning at 2 p.m.

Memphis will now begin its baseball season on Saturday at Nat Buring, kicking off the 2001 campaign with a double header against Lipscomb University at Nat Buring. The first game is scheduled for a noon start.
