MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The University of Memphis baseball team will host its 2013 Winter High School Camp on Saturday, Jan. 18 and Sunday, Jan. 19, head coach Daron Schoenrock announced today. The two-day camp is for high school students only, and will take place at FedExPark (974 Getwell Rd.) on Memphis' Park Avenue campus.

Campers will receive professional instruction on hitting, pitching and catching from camp staff which will include Tiger baseball coaches, professional scouts and college coaches from throughout the region. Jan. 18 will include instruction for hitters and position players, while Jan. 19 is slated for pitching and catching training.

Camp fees are $110 per day, or $175 for both days of instruction. These costs include instruction, facility use, secondary insurance, lunch and a t-shirt.

Participants should bring their baseball glove, hat, bat, pants, batting gloves, cleats and tennis shoes.
