  • Tonight’s win over UCF improved Memphis’ record to 14-2 (.875 winning percentage) when playing in the state of Florida since 2000-01.

  • Joe Jackson moved into the top-10 on the Memphis career scoring chart with his 17 points vs. UCF Wednesday. He moved up to the No. 10 spot with 1,493 career points. Up next for Jackson is Chris Douglas-Roberts, who is No. 9 with 1,545 career points from 2005-08.

  • In his climb into the top-10 tonight, Jackson passed Phillip Haynes (1,479; 1980-84) and Kelly Wise (1,487; 1998-2002).

  • Jackson scored in double figures this season for the 18th time this season and the 82nd time in his Memphis career.

  • With his five assists vs. UCF Wednesday, Joe Jackson moved into a tie for the No. 6 spot on the Memphis all-time assists chart. Jackson now has 498 career assists and is tied with Otis Jackson (498; 1978-82).

  • Chris Crawford also moved up the Tigers career scoring list with his 12 points vs. UCF Wednesday. He remained in the No. 39 spot with 1,107 career points. Up next for Crawford is Baskerville Holmes, who scored 1,112 career points (1982-86).

  • Crawford connected on four 3-pointers, the 13th time this season he has made multiple treys in a game. The senior guard is 14-of-26 (53.8 percent) from behind the arc in the last five games.

  • Crawford has played in 116 consecutive games.

  • Michael Dixon Jr. posted double figures for the 13th time this season and the 69th time in his career.

  • Geron Johnson scored in double digits for the eighth time this season and the 26th time in his Memphis career.

  • Shaq Goodwin finished tonight’s game with a career-high four blocked shots.
