  • With tonight’s win, Josh Pastner won his 125th game as the Tigers head coach. Pastner is the quickest to 125 victories in school history, reaching the milestone in his 164th game. The previous quickest Memphis coach to 125 wins was Dana Kirk, who posted his 125th win in the 173rd game of his career.

  • Joe Jackson moved up the Memphis career scoring chart with his 18 points vs. UCF Wednesday. He moved into the No. 9 spot past Chris Douglas-Roberts (1,545 career points) and now has 1,559 points. Up next for Jackson is Bill Cook, who is No. 8 with 1,629 career points from 1972-76.

  • Chris Crawford also moved up the Tigers career scoring list with his 10 points vs. UCF Wednesday. He moved up to the No. 33 spot and is tied with Jeremy Hunt (1,145 points, 2002-07). Up next for Crawford is Phil Hodson, who scored 1,147 career points (1948-52).

  • Memphis takes to the road for the first time since Feb. 1 when it travels to Hartford, Conn., Saturday, Feb. 15 to face Connecticut. The game, to air on ESPN, is slated for an 11 a.m. (CT) start at the XL Center.
