Memphis 81, Central Arkansas 49 This is the first career win for Memphis in the series between Central Arkansas and Memphis. The Tigers and Bears last played during the 1939-40 series prior to today's game. With the win Memphis improves to 17-3 against opponents from the Southland Conference Elliot Williams scored 20 or more points for the third-straight game. Williams has also led the Tigers in scoring in all four of Memphis' contests this season Elliot Williams recorded career highs in three-point field goals made (4) and assists (8) against Central Arkansas The Tigers had four players score in double figures for the second straight game. Elliot Williams scored 20, Roburt Sallie scored 17 and Willie Kemp and Wesley Witherspoon both scored 11 points Memphis was eight of eight from the floor to open the second period.
