The Tigers recovered from the win over Cal State-Northridge and got up and following breakfast had a 90 minute closed practice in the Sprint Center on Friday morning, while various administration members and Director of Basketball Operations Rod Strickland attended a transition meeting with the NCAA and Big 12 officials running the tournament.

Senior Antonio Anderson, sophomore Roburt Sallie and freshman Tyreke Evans all attended the press conference for the Tigers, doing about 15 minutes of interviews before head coach John Calipari came in for a 30-minute presser. The transcripts of the press conference are below.

Following the press conference, coach and the players all met with the team from CBS who will be producing tomorrow's game before returning to the hotel.

This evening, the team went out to dinner before returning to the hotel to prep for the Saturday Maryland game.
