MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The University of Memphis has announced the Tiger basketball team will make at least six appearances on regional or national television while 10 other games will broadcast live in the Memphis market.

Tip-off for Tiger home games will remain at 7 p.m. with the exception of four games televised by ESPN2 and ESPN Regional. The U of M's Feb. 5 game against Louisville will be broadcast at 6 p.m. while the UNC Charlotte game will tip-off at 6:30 p.m. both on ESPN2. The Tigers will play host to both Houston on Jan. 22 and Southern Miss on Feb. 12 in games carried by ESPN Regional with 12 noon start times.

The U of M will make a third appearance on ESPN Regional at Marquette on Feb. 26.

All 10 of the Tigers' regular-season road games will be televised by WLMT UPN-30 which will also pick up the ESPN Regional telecasts.

Memphis' first-round game against Georgetown at the Maui Invitational will be broadcast by ESPN2 on Nov. 22. ESPN will carry both semifinals and the championship game of the Maui Invitational.

Additionally, 11 of Memphis' home games will be broadcast on a taped-delay basis by WKNO-TV. WKNO's broadcast schedule begins with Alabama A&M on Nov. 29 and includes home contests against Miami, Tennessee and Arkansas as well as Conference USA games against DePaul, South Flroida, UAB and Tulane.
