The University of Memphis announced Thursday two game time changes for the upcoming Tiger basketball season.

The U of M's Dec. 4 game against Miami has been moved to a 2 p.m. tip-off to accommodate television. The game will be broadcast by ESPN Regional.

Also the Dec. 18 game against Tennessee will tip-off at 7:30 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. as originally scheduled. The University of Memphis has commencement exercises scheduled for earlier in the day in The Pyramid and the extended time was needed to reconfigure the floor for the Tiger-Volunteer game.

Memphis opens the regular season Nov. 22 against Georgetown at the Maui Invitational. The Tigers' home opener is slated for Nov. 29 against Alabama A&M.
