INDIANAPOLIS, Ind . -On Nov. 6, the University of Memphis announced it was joining other athletics departments from across the country in a National Weekly Ticket Giveaway to send fans to the 2014 NCAA Division I Men's Championship. In the contest's second drawing of the season this week, a Tigers fan is the winner and will attend the "Big Dance" next spring.

On Friday, the NCAA announced Memphis Tigers fan Cory Wilkinson as the second winner of its Division I men's basketball National Weekly Ticket Giveaway. Wilkinson was randomly selected, and he chose to receive four tickets to the 2014 NCAA Final Four in Dallas, Texas, Apr. 5 and 7.

As a result of the giveaway, Wilkinson and the University of Memphis both will be featured throughout the 2013-14 season on NCAA.com at the following link: http://www.ncaa.com/national-ticket-giveaway.

"The University of Memphis is excited to use this platform to engage directly with our basketball fans to offer them the ultimate college basketball experience," said Ryan Bradley, Memphis Associate Athletics Director for Marketing and Strategic Communications.

The NCAA National Weekly Ticket Giveaway gives fans at every Division I school a chance to win 2014 NCAA Tournament tickets awarded by random drawing each week from Nov. 12, 2013, through Mar. 10, 2014. Over the sweepstakes' 15 weeks, the NCAA and participating Division I schools will award 60 tickets to fans that register through their schools for the weekly drawing.

The weekly winner has a choice to receive four tickets to one of the following:

• 2014 NCAA Men's Final Four Apr. 5 and 7 at AT&T Stadium in North Texas
• A preliminary-round site of the 2014 Division I Men's Basketball Championship

Tigers fans can enter the contest each week through multiple Memphis Athletics platforms on Facebook (MemphisTigers) and Twitter (@TigersAthletics) and select sporting events.

Each week, one winner is chosen by the Memphis Athletics Department, and the Memphis winner is then entered into a national drawing with fans from other NCAA Division I institutions. The NCAA then randomly chooses one winner to receive the ticket option of their choice (tickets to the Final Four or a tournament preliminary-round game).

The following are the contest's rules and procedures:

• Each week, there will be a national winner with the fan receiving either four 2014 Men's Final Four tickets or four preliminary-round tournament tickets of his/her choice (subject to availability; some tournament sites may not be available).
• Each week, the NCAA will notify the one campus administrator who submitted the registrant chosen as the week's national winner and will discuss details of how its winner can collect his/her prize.
• Each week, the NCAA will post the winning fan's name (subject to permissions being granted) and the name of the school that submitted his/her registration on NCAA.com and/or other various NCAA social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter).

The following is the contest's weekly schedule:

• Monday - Campuses send one registrant's information to NCAA (before 9:59 p.m. CT)
• Tuesday - NCAA randomly draws the weekly national winner (approximately 11 a.m. CT); NCAA notifies the weekly national winner's school (before 4 p.m. CT)
• Wednesday - Campus notifies weekly national winner and confirms information with NCAA
• Thursday/Friday - NCAA announces/posts the weekly winner and campus affiliation
