The University of Memphis and Worry-Free MLT Vacations, a Northwest Airlines tour subsidiary, will give away a trip for two to Las Vegas at the Dec. 30th U of M game against Kansas State in the "21 Shootout."

All fans 21 and over attending the game are eligible to win the vacation package.
