Tigers Host Blazers In Battle For The Bones Showdown

C-USA rivalry matchup slated for a 3:15 p.m. kick on CSS.

With a medical waiver for a sixth year, returns to the Memphis program ahead of his senior year in 2014 .... Will being looking for his first playing time since an injury sidelined him midway through his red-shirt sophomore season in 2011.

2011:


Played in five games during his red-shirt sophomore season ... Registered an assisted tackle in the Austin Peay game.

2010:


Missed the 2010 season after suffering a knee injury during summer workouts that required surgery...Spent the year rehabbing his knee for the second time in his short career at Memphis...Was back out on the field for the 2011 spring session...Had contact limited during the beginning of spring practice but worked back into full drills...Had a strong showing in the 2011 Blue-Gray Game with nine tackles.

2009:


Played in four of 12 games on special teams as a true freshman...Totaled four tackles, including two solo stops...All four tackles came on kickoff returns...Made his collegiate debut as a true freshman on special teams in the season opener against Ole Miss and assisted on one tackle...Registered two unassisted tackles on the kickoff coverage team against UT Martin...Posted one assisted tackle against Marshall...Did not play in the final eight games after suffering a season-ending knee injury....Requested and received a medical hardship for the 2009 season...Recovered from his injury by the start of spring practice and was able to fully participate in the spring...Was presented the Rex Dockery Award at the 2010 Blue-Gray Game.
