With one practice in the books this week, the University of Memphis football program will continue with its final, full week of spring drills with a Thursday practice and a final scrimmage on Saturday ahead of next week's Blue-Gray Spring Game.

Prior to next Friday's game, Memphis has just one more practice date scheduled which will take place next Thursday.

At this point in the spring, the Memphis coaching staff is working to add in additional live-game conditions.

"We continue to throw some situations at them," said Memphis head coach Justin Fuente. "We want to see how they respond to the two-minute drill, red zone and third down situations."

Saturday's final scrimmage will also see the team work on additional game situations which involve both the game clock as well as field position such as the offense starting series from their own one-yard line.

Next week's Blue-Gray Game kicks off at 7 p.m. on April 11 but there are additional events planned both before and after the game. Parking and admission is free. Admission into Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium will be through Gate 3.
