MEMPHIS, TENN. - Members of the Tiger football team officially reported Sunday afternoon for fall camp and will begin practicing early Monday morning at the Murphy Athletic Complex.

Ninety-five players reported for physicals at the Campbell Clinic Sunday evening. In addition to having their physical, each player had their photograph taken in their new jersey for the game day program and for use on televised games.

The squad will begin practice at 5:45 a.m. Monday to avoid the heat of the day, and to allow for the players in summer school to continue attending morning classes. The Tigers will workout in shorts the first five practices and will be in full pads next Saturday, which will also mark the first two-a-day session.

Fans are encouraged to attend the Highland Hundred Kickoff Banquet Friday, Aug. 8, at the Holiday Inn on Central Avenue. Cost is $30 per person at the door. The silent auction and reception will begin at 6 p.m., with the dinner to follow at 7 p.m.
