Gameday sponsor, the Tennessee Army National Guard, will challenge fans with their rock-wall climb in First Tennessee Tiger Town before the Tigers take on MTSU this Saturday. The gates to First Tennessee Tiger Town open at 5PM and will remain open until kickoff. Rind Stars, a "smart rock-n-roll band from the complicated American South," will provide the live entertainment from the band stage this week. While each one of the five members "could front their own band, the members of the group mine conflict and compromise to create the rich music of Rind Stars." Rock 103 will provide additional music during the band's breaks. Fans are encouraged to boost their spirit by picking up free, Tiger blue pom-pons and by registering to win a Coach Tommy West autographed football and a stadium blanket, courtesy of First Tennessee. ParMasters and Saturn will join the weekly sponsors including Chuck Hutton Auto Group, Memphis Music, Champion Awards, Ashley Furniture, Cellular South, and the Tennessee Army National Guard, who will once again be on-hand with give-aways and interactive booths. While Saturn will give away a flat-screen television to one lucky fan, Parmasters will be on hand with the Z Factor Perfect Putting Machine for golfers to hit the perfect putting stroke. For those who are new to golfing, Parmasters will showcase SNAG (Starting New At Golf) for fans to get a feel for hitting the ball.
Don't forget to check out all of the excitement: Register to win an autographed football from First Tennessee First Tennessee Tiger Town is located just east of the Highland Hundred Lot, south of Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium.
