Arkansas Transfer Will Pearson Set to Join Tiger Golf

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Memphis-native and Arkansas transfer Will Pearson will join the University of Memphis golf team this spring, head coach Grant Robbins announced Tuesday. A graduate of Evangelical Christian School (ECS), Pearson played three semesters for Arkansas.

The Memphis men's golf team teed off first-round action at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate Friday, carding a team score of +10 to tie for fifth place after 18 holes. The No. 39 Tigers are tied with No. 29 Tennessee heading into Saturday's second round.
