MOBILE, Ala. - The University of Memphis men's golf team had a successful opening day of the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate as they sit in second place, and lead seven ranked opponents. "We played really solid today," said head coach Grant Robbins. "The conditions were extremely difficult and I thought everyone handled it very well. We still have a lot of holes left so we just have to keep plugging away."
