WALLACE, N.C. - The University of Memphis men's golf team will continue play during the 2011 spring season with the River Landing Intercollegiate, hosted by East Carolina and UNC-Wilmington, April 8-9, in Wallace, N.C.

The teams will play 54 holes in all, with 36 holes being played on Friday, April 8 and a final 18 holes on Saturday, April 9. Fourteen teams will compete on the par-72 course, which measures to a distance of 6,997 yards. In addition to the Tigers, participating teams include: the hosts East Carolina and UNC-Wilmington, as well as N.C. State, Virginia, Liberty, Lamar, Maryland, Seton Hall, Winthrop, Jacksonville, Old Dominion, St. John's and USC-Upstate.

Results from all three rounds of the tournament will be available on www.gotigsersgo.com following completion of each round.

The Tigers are coming off a ninth-place finish in the BancorpSouth Intercollegiate on April 4-5. Jonathan Fly paced the Tigers with a ninth-place individual finish in the rain-shortened event.
