IRVING, Texas - University of Memphis senior golfer Robbie Greenwell was named Conference USA Men's Co-Golfer of the Week for the week of April 9-15, the league office announced Tuesday. Greenwell shares the honor with Giwoh Suh of Central Florida.

Greenwell shot a one-under-par 215 this past weekend to finish in a tie for fifth place at the River Landing Intercollegiate in Wallace, N.C. Greenwell fired a 2-under-par round of 70 in Sunday's final round to finish just six strokes off the lead. As a team, the Tigers finished third in the tournament, which boasted a very strong field.

Greenwell's performance earned him weekly honors for a second time this spring, having also been recognized for his win at the Linger Longer Invitational last month. The Georgetown, Ontario, Canada native previously was awarded for the week of March 12-18.

This is the final time that the conference will handout weekly honors this season. Greenwell and the Tigers will be in action at the Conference USA Championships April 22 at the Texarkana Country Club in Texarkana, Ark.
