Tournament Central: Shoal Creek Intercollegiate

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Memphis men's golf team hits the road for their second tournament of the 2013 Fall season as they tee off at the UAB hosted Shoal Creek Intercollegiate Monday morning.
The event will be played at Shoal Creek Golf and Country Club course, whcih was designed by Jack Nicklaus. The 7,234 yard course has a par of 72.
The two-day event will have a shotgun start with all golfer set to start at 8:30 a.m. Central time. Pearson will start on hole six, followed by Tyner on seven, Meijel on eight and Gaylord on nine. Vieilledent will start the day on 11.
All the Tigers will be matched up with golfers from Tulsa and North Florida. The pairings and the starting positions will remain the same during the second round in the afternoon.
The final round will be another shotgun start played Tuesday morning.
The Tigers finished seventh at the Columbia Regional Preview, their first tournament of the fall. The team shot a +19 883 in the three rounds.
Competing with the Tigers are the host school UAB, Florida, Georgia Southern, Liberty, Ole Miss, Missouri, North Florida, North Texas, Toledo, Tulsa, and UCF.
