GAMEDAY CENTRAL: #20/RV @UMTigerSoccer (4-1-1) at Bearcats (2-3-1)

The No. 20/RV Memphis Tigers (4-1-1) travel to Cincinnati to take on the Cincinnati Bearcats (2-3-1) in the school's first American Athletic Conference match.
Memphis is coming off a first-place finish at UAB's Soccer For A Cure Classic in Birmingham Sep. 13-15. The Tigers played ETSU to a 0-0 draw on Sep. 13, and beat No. 21 Charlotte 2-1 on Sep. 15. In the Charlotte match, Shane Keely scored his second game-winning goal of the season in the 86th minute.
The Tigers appear at No. 20 in this week's Soccer America Poll. This is the first time Memphis has been ranked in the Soccer America Poll since Nov. 1, 2011, when they appeared at No. 25.
Cincinnati is currently on a three-match unbeaten streak entering conference play. The Bearcats defeated Evansville 2-0 (Sep. 8), beat SIUE 2-1 (Sep. 13), and posted a 1-1 tie against Northern Kentucky on Sep. 18.
Saturday's match will be the 23rd all-time meeting between the two programs, with Cincinnati holding a 12-10 edge over Memphis. The two schools played each other as conference opponents in the Metro Conference, Great Midwest Conference and Conference USA. The teams have not played since 2004.
Kickoff at Gettler Stadium in Cincinnati is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Saturday night.
