@UMTigerSoccer To Play at UCF in Quarterfinals of American Athletic Conference Tournament

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The University of Memphis men's soccer team earned the No. 6 seed in the inaugural American Athletic Conference Tournament, and will travel to Orlando, Fla. to play the No. 3 UCF Knights on Nov. 9.
Memphis finished the regular season with a 9-7-1 overall record and a 3-5-0 mark in league play. That gave them nine points in league play, just one point behind fifth-seeded USF.
The Tigers and Knights played a close contest in Orlando on Oct. 9. UCF's Romario Williams scored the deciding goal on a free kick in the 49th minute in the 1-0 victory for UCF.
Williams leads the conference in goals with nine, two ahead of Mark Sherrod, who is tied for third place with seven goals.
Kickoff from UCF Soccer Complex is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. CT on Saturday afternoon.
The four quarterfinal matchups and the first round play-in game will be played at campus sites on Nov. 8 and Nov. 9.
The semifinals and finals of the American Athletic Conference Tournament will be played on Nov. 15 and Nov. 17 at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas.
