LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The No. 1 seeded University of Memphis men's soccer team will take on the No. 5 seeded Saint Louis University in a Conference USA semifinal match-up on Saturday at 1 p.m. (EST). The game will be played at Cardinal Park in Louisville, Ky.

Saint Louis (9-7-1, 5-3-1 C-USA) advances after knocking out the No. 4 seeded USF, 2-0, in the quarter finals on Friday. The Billikens have won either the regular-season or postseason tournament title for seven-straight years.

Memphis is 4-15-1 all-time against Saint Louis, but the Tigers are 3-3 against the Billikens in conference tournaments. Memphis won its first regular season game against a then #21 Saint Louis team earlier this year in a 2-0 shutout, the first of five-straight for the Tigers. Since facing SLU, Memphis has outscored its opponents 19-0.

The Tigers beat the Bills in overtime for the 1993 Great Midwest Conference championship and in the quarterfinal rounds of the 1996 and `98 C-USA tournaments played in St. Louis. The last time Memphis met Saint Louis in the C-USA tournament was in a 3-2 loss in the 2000 semifinals, the last time the Tigers were in the tournament.

The game can be followed live through Gametracker with a link found on the men's soccer schedule page at www.goTIGERSgo.com. The winner of the game will play in the C-USA Championship Game on Sunday at 2 p.m. (EST). The championship game will be televised by the C-USA TV Network with Don Russell and Bill McDermott calling the play-by-play. The game will be picked up by College Sports TV, DirecTV Ch. 610 and Time Warner Digital Cable 651.
