Fall 2001: Teamed with Joe Schmulian to make the quarterfinals of Division One doubles at the 2001 Southern Collegiate Championships...Posted a 2-3 singles record with wins over Todd Carlson of Georgia and Pablo Sahugan of East Tennessee...Was 3-2 in doubles (2-1 with Schmulian and 1-1 with Lee Walker). Spring 2001: Chamberlain was named to the Conference USA Third Team after a gutsy spring season saw him finish with a 16-9 overall singles record...Chamberlain was especially effective at No. 5 singles, finishing with a record of 14-3, including a 5-1 record against Conference USA opponents...The junior won No. 5 singles matches that gave the Tigers the decisive point in two matches during the conference championships, including a win at No. 5 singles in the fifth-place match against Southern Miss that gave Memphis a 4-1 win...Chamberlain teamed with Schmulian again during the spring, finishing with a mark of 15-6 at No. 2 singles, the best winning percentage of any of the regular Tiger duos...The Memphis native was also 4-0 at No. 4 singles, where he played early in the season.
Fall 2000: Chamberlain made an immediate impact on the Tiger line-up, especially when teamed with Joe Schmulian for doubles play...The duo was 10-4 in doubles during the fall and advanced to two finals (at Middle Tennessee State and at the Southern Collegiate Championships)...The Tiger newcomers qualified for both the ITA Pre-Qualifier and the ITA Region III Championships, going 1-1 in the Pre-qualifier and 2-1 in the Region III Championships...Chamberlain was also 4-4 in singles in fall tournaments...Was named the Conference USA Tennis Player of the Month in October.
Spring 2000: Helped Middle Tennessee State to an Ohio Valley Conference Championship and to the NCAA Championships, where they fell to No. 12 SMU in Dallas, Texas....Was 20-15 for both the fall and spring seasons, including a record of 10-11 in the spring...Chamberlain was 5-0 against Ohio Valley Conference competition.
Fall 1999: Advanced to the finals of the Middle Tennessee Fall Classic, where he fell to Kansas' Bryan Maier, 6-3, 3-6, 4-6....He won the consolation finals of the Seminole Classic, defeating Valdosta State's Mike Suggs, 6-1, 6-7, 6-3 to improve his fall record to 10-4.
1998-99: Was one of three freshmen to earn All-OVC honors at Middle Tennessee State...Was 7-4 in his first semester of collegiate play, improving to 11-3 in spring singles, primarily from the No. 6 spot...Led the Blue Raiders with a .720 win percentage...Also a solid doubles player, finishing 18-7, which led the team.
Prep: Lettered four years while playing at Christian Brothers and one year with Aquinas...Did not lose a match for two straight years...Earned trips to the TSSAA State Tournament twice...Played in the Pizzy Cup...Awarded the Steven Ryan Award for best of preps in Perth...Served as team captain...Also lettered in golf.
