Fall 2012: Started the fall as the No. 82 ranked singles player in the country ... Recorded a 6-5 record in singles matches with a win in the conference finals of the Virginia Invitational ... Won over Claes Goransson of VCU (7-5, 6-2) in the round of 16 and then lost to Virginia's Harrison Richmond, 6-7 (6), 67-3, 7-5 ... Finished sixth in the gold bracket with a loss to North Carolina State's Thomas Weigel, 7-5, 6-1 ... Defeated Anderson Reed (Florida State) 6-2, 6-4 at the ITA Men's All-American Championships ... Won three straight matches at the USTA/ITA Regional Championships by defeating Elliot Yee (Indiana) 7-5, 6-1, Grant Roberts (Kentucky) 6-7, 6-4, 6-4, and Brandon Fickey (Tennessee) 6-4, 7-6 before falling short in the quarterfinals to eventual singles champion Ryan Lipman of Vanderbilt (1-6, 4-6) ... Posted an 8-3 record in doubles matches for the fall season with teammate Joe Salisbury ... Won 2 of 3 matches at the Virginia Invitational over opponents from NC State (8-3) and Louisville (8-4) ... This sparked a span of four consecutive wins for the tandem with three of them being at the ITA Men's All-American Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where they defeated team from Wake Forest, UNLV, and Hawaii ... Finished off the fall doubles season by winning their last 3 out of 4 matches ... Wins came over Vanderbilt (8-2), Middle Tennessee (8-6), and ETSU (8-6) in the quarterfinals, before falling short to Tom Jomby/Kevin Lai of Kentucky (2-8) at the USTA/ITA Regional Championships in the semifinals.

Helped Tigers to 4-1 win over No. 47 Rice in C-USA Championship semifinals with 6-1, 6-0 win against Peter Frank ... In Memphis' NCAA first round match against No. 25 Baylor, defeated Kike Grangeiro, 6-4, 6-1 ... Holds wins over opponents from seven other ranked schools, No. 49 UNC-Wilmington, No. 70 Stetson, No. 64 Rice, No. 63 Tulane, No. 71 Alabama, No. 59 South Alabama and No. 65 UAB ... Prior to Memphis: He has over 30 wins on the Futures Tour, including multiple wins over top-1,000 ATP world ranked players. O'Leary has a career-high ATP ranking of 1,511 in singles play and has also reached No. 472 in the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Junior World Rankings. He has consistently been ranked as a Top 40 British Senior National player. O'Leary has reached the single's final at Nottingham and semifinals at the Scottish National Championships.
