"This tournament was good preparation for us for next weekend," Head Coach Paul Goebel said. "It was good for us to win some close matches to get ready for the kickoff weekend."
The Tigers started the morning by sweeping three doubles matches. The Tigers' team of Connor Glennon and Cedric De Zutter picked up a win over the No. 51 ranked team of William Kallberg/Stefan Lindmark, 6-4. Teammates David O'Hare and Joe Salisbury won their doubles match, 6-3, over the team of Nik Scholtz and Johan Backstrom and Ian Chadwell and Johnny Grimal closed out the Tiger sweep with a 6-1 win over the team of Joe Rogers and Zach Wilder.

The Tigers will play their first team dual match of the spring against No. 18 South Carolina in the first round. No. 14 Mississippi State will face No. 27 Harvard on the other side of the draw.
