The University of Memphis men's tennis team (2-3, 0-1 C-USA) dropped its third straight match against its third straight to a ranked opponent, 6-1, against No. 46 Oklahoma, Sunday.

Memphis started the match by winning the doubles point for the first time in three matches, claiming a pair of 8-6 wins at No. 1 and 3 doubles to go up early in the contest. But in the singles, Oklahoma claimed six straight set wins to take the match.

Memphis will have a tough road ahead to snap its three-game skid, as the Tigers play at No. 16 Tennessee, Friday and at No. 39 Vanderbilt, Sunday.
