The Memphis men's tennis team (3-4) snapped a two-game losing streak with a 6-1 win over Tennessee Tech, in non-conference action, Friday.
"We had a great start in doubles and it set the tone for the whole match," Head Coach Paul Goebel said. "It was a solid performance by our seniors at 5 and 6."
Memphis started with a sweep of the three doubles matches, then won five of the six singles matches en route the victory.
The Tigers will have an eight-day break in the competition schedule before playing at ranked Mississippi State, Feb. 19th.
