Louisville, Ky. - The University of Memphis upset #61 Louisville in men's tennis action on Sunday, 4-1. The win marked the Tigers' first victory over a ranked opponent this season.

"I'm ecstatic," said head coach Phil Chamberlain. "Our loss to East Tennessee was an upset, but this weekend we played more to our potential. Our players are finding their games. This win should really help our seeding down the road in the C-USA tournament later this spring."

Memphis picked up wins in three singles matches and captured the doubles point as well.
