Men's Tennis Edged Out, 4-3

Murfreesboro, Tenn. - The Memphis men's tennis team suffered a narrow loss to 21st ranked Middle Tennessee, 4-3, in Murfreesboro on Saturday. The Tigers fall to 4-4 on the season while MTSU remains unbeaten at 8-0. The Tigers, ranked 70th in this week's Omni Hotels Collegiate Tennis Rankings, have lost three matches to top 30 teams this season. The Tigers won the doubles point as Ben Stapp and Lee Taylor Walker defeated the fifth-ranked doubles team in the nation, Oliver Foreman and Robert Gustaffson, 9-8 (3).
