MEMPHIS, Tenn. - David O'Leary extended his unbeaten record to 16-consecutive wins and the 30th-ranked Memphis (14-3) men's tennis team blanked Saint Louis (5-10), 7-0, at The Racquet Club of Memphis on a sunny-Tuesday afternoon.

Playing at No. 5 singles, O'Leary posted a straight-set victory against Drew Feder, 6-1, 6-3. The freshman from Coventry, England, has yet to suffer a defeat in his collegiate career, winning all 16 of his singles matches. He is currently ranked 108th in the country.

Memphis took the doubles point, winning all three matches in decisive fashion. Leon Nasemann and Johnny Grimal cruised to an 8-1 win over Patrick Kella and Dave Welkener. David Henry and Connor Glennon won their match, 8-3, only moments before David O'Hare and Joe Salisbury completed the doubles sweep with an 8-4, win at No. 1 doubles.

Glennon opened singles play with a 6-0, 6-2 win at No. 4 singles. Ranked 91st in the country, Glennon is now 13-3 in singles and also holds an 11-4 record with David Henry at No. 2 doubles. O'Leary then won his match, giving the Tigers a 3-0 lead over the Billikens.

Nasemann gave the U of M the victory, earning the fourth and decisive point with a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 6 singles against Patrick Kella. Grimal, playing at No. 2 doubles for the eighth time this season, beat Bobby Kidera, 6-2, 6-2.

David O'Hare and Joe Salisbury both posted straight-set victories at No. 1 and No. 3 singles, respectively. This marks only the second time all season in which the U of M won all seven matches, with the other win coming against Murray State on Feb. 5.

Memphis has three more matches on the schedule, all coming on the road. The Tigers travel to Dallas, Texas, for a weekend match with SMU on Sunday, April 1 at 2 p.m. (CT).
