Men's Tennis Sweeps No. 50 Louisville, 4-0

RICHMOND, Va. - - The University of Memphis men's tennis team (8-7) swept No. 50 Louisville (13-11), 4-0, in a non-conference, neutral site match, Saturday.
The Tigers jumped up top with wins at No. 1 and 3 doubles. Connor Glennon and Cedric de Zutter won their match at No. 1, 8-5, while Johnny Grimal and Lukas Vrnak teamed together for an 8-2 win at No. 3 to take the doubles point.
Glennon and Vrnak then added to the Tigers' tally with singles victories. Glennon won the No. 1 singles match, 6-4, 6-2, while Vrnak won his match at No. 3, 6-3, 6-2. David O'Leary added to the singles total to close out the match, 7-5, 6-1, at No. 5 singles. Both Glennon and O'Leary's wins were over ranked singles opponents.
The Tigers will remain in Richmond to face host VCU, Sunday, at 11 a.m. (ET). VCU is ranked No. 24 in the country, but it looking to bounce back from a 4-2 upset to Louisville on Friday afternoon.
