MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The senior tennis tandem of Alex Jago and James Spence had their run in the Wilson/ITA Southeast Regional come to an end with an 8-3 loss to the LSU team of James Cluskey and Ken Skupski in Sunday's doubles quarterfinal action. The duo had beaten top seeded Brandon Allan and Kai Schledorn of Middle Tennessee to advance to the quarterfinals, but were outpaced by the LSU tandem Sunday morning.

Cluskey and Skupski then advanced to face No. 4 seeded Strahinja Bobusic and Colin Purcell, where they fell, 9-8 in the semifinals. Bobusic and Purcell will play in Monday's doubles final, but are still awaiting the second semifinal result between Danny Bryan and Colt Gaston of LSU and Nate Emge and Alex Hume of Kentucky. Bryan and Gaston downed Eric Claesson and Erling Tveit of Ole Miss, after the one of the Ole Miss tandem suffered an injury. The Ole Miss duo had faced one another in the singles semifinals, where Tveit edged Claesson for a finals berth on Monday. Emge and Hume came back and downed the Tennessee tandem of Kaden Hensel and Ben Rogers, 9-8, to earn their semifinals spot.
