LEXINGTON, Ky. - Senior Amrit Narasimhan opened his ITA Southeast Regional schedule with a 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 win over Alabama's Dan Buikeman in the Round of 64 at the ITA Southeast Regionals Friday. With the win, Narasimhan advances to Saturday's Round of 32, where he will face Vanderbilt's Vijay Paul at approximately 1:30 p.m.

In the doubles portion of the draw, Narasimhan and Ramsay suffered their first loss of the fall late Friday night, falling 8-6 to the Florida team of Briceno and Lacroix in the Round of 64. The Tigers' other doubles tandem was unable to play their match against Auburn's Tsyrenova and Nugent due to an injury to freshman Michael Gaerthoeffner.
