MEMPHIS, Tenn.- - The University of Memphis Men's Tennis team fell just one spot in the ITA rankings and now finds themselves sitting at No. 32. The Tigers have gotten off to a 1-2 start, with all three opponents currently ranked in the top 40 of the ITA rankings. The two losses came at the hands of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Notre Dame who are currently ranked No. 8 and No. 30 respectively, with the first win of the season coming against No. 40 Michigan State.

The Tigers get a break from facing ranked opponents when they return to action on Friday, February 8th, as they host Southern Illinois and Murray State at The Racquet Club of Memphis. The match against Southern Illinois starts at 11 am, with the match against Murray State beginning at 6 pm.

Admission to all U of M tennis matches is free.
