Memphis, Tenn. - After a one week absence, the Memphis Tigers returned to the Omni Hotels Collegiate Tennis Rankings this week. The Tigers are ranked 70th, their highest spot this season. Memphis was 75th in the pre-season poll, then moved up to 72nd in the second week. However, after an upset loss to East Tennessee, Memphis fell out of the top 75.

The Tigers returned this week after wins against Southern Mississippi and then 61st Louisville at Louisville.

Conference USA has six teams in the rankings this week: TCU (31), Tulane (34), South Florida (T35), Charlotte (64), Louisville (69) and Memphis.

The Tigers will have an opportunity for another upset on Saturday. The Tigers travel to Murfreesboro to take on Middle Tennessee. The Blue Raiders are ranked 21st in this week's poll.
