MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The University of Memphis men's tennis team will have an open weekend this weekend after the USTA decided last week to move its Futures Tournament from Hattiesburg, Miss., to Arlington, Texas. The Tigers had budgeted a driving trip and opted not to try to book last-minute flights to Arlington.

Memphis will participate in one USTA Futures event when four Tigers travel to Hammond, La., to compete in the USTA Futures event there. Seniors Ben Stapp and Lee Taylor Walker will travel to Lexington, Kent., to participate in the ITA Regional Indoor Championship after advancing to the Consolation Quarterfinals of the doubles draw at the ITA All-American last week.
