LEXINGTON, Ky. - The University of Memphis men's tennis team will open its 2007 ITA Southeast Regional play, Thursday, at the University of Kentucky. Three Tigers will play in the first round of the 256-player tournament, while senior Amrit Narasimhan received a seed in the tournament and will have to wait out two rounds of singles to find out who his first opponent is.

Sophomore Charlie Ramsay will open the Tigers' weekend at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, against Auburn's Pawel Dilaj. Teammate Spencer Heflin will follow at 11:00 a.m., facing Alabama's Houssam Yassine, while freshman Michael Gaerthoeffner will open at 12:30 p.m. against Murray State's Nick Ksiezpolski.
