2011 Outdoor
Earned two top-five finishes during his first outdoor season... Set personal-bests in the 100 and 200m dashes at the Mississppi Open; finished tied for 16th in the 100 with a 10.87s mark, and was also 16th in the 200 following a Tiger season-best 21.71s run... In the outdoor season-opener at the Rhodes Open, finished a season-best third in the 100m dash with a 10.97s run.

2011 Indoor
Four-time top-five finisher during indoor season... At SEMO Invite, was runner-up in the 55m dash with a personal-best 6.48s mark... Was second in the 60m dash at the Hoosier Hills with a 7.01s run... Was third at the SIU McDonald's in the 200m dash following a 22.66s run... At the C-USA Indoor Championships, finished seventh in the 60m dash with a 6.95s mark, following his personal-best 6.86s showing during the prelims.

Prior to Memphis
Two-time Nashville City Champion in the 200m dash...Was a member of the Hunters Lane all-midstate relay team in the 4x100m dash in 2009 and 2010...As a senior, was state champion and first team all-midstate in the 200m dash...Also played basketball.
