Cross Country 1998: Goode opened his sophomore cross country season by running a 24:23 at the Plough Park Invitational in Memphis...Goode ran a season best 29:05.92 on the 8K course at the Saluki Invitational.

Track 97-98: Goode ran the 800m in both indoor and outdoor track as a freshman for the Tigers...His best indoor 800m came at the Saluki Invitational...Goode opened the outdoor season at Ole Miss with a time of 2:04.64 in the 800...His best performance of the season came at the Twilight Invitational where he finished fifth overall with a time of 2:04.38.

Cross Country 1997: Goode completed for the Tiger cross country squad in the fall...His best performance came at the Southwest Missouri State Ozark Invitational where he cross the line in 28:56 for the 8K course.

Prep: Goode lettered four years in both cross country and track and two in basketball at William Mason HS in Mason, Ohio...He helped lead his cross country squad to three Fort Ancient Valley conference championships and his track team to two conference championships...Goode was the cross country MVP all four years...He was the track MVP for both his junior and senior years...He was also named the Conference Runner of the Year in both cross country and track his senior year while running the 800 and 1600.
