At the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invite took third place with a throw of 61.61m (202'3") ... Had three top-five finishes in the discus ... Lettered four years in track and field...Member of Pearl High School's 2008, 2010, and 2011 state champion track and field teams...Won individual state championship in discus in 2010 and 2011...Received all-state honors in 2011... Set the Pearl High School record in discus (173'8") and javelin (188'11") and state record in discus (173'8").
